Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• There are no residency restrictions.
• Employees, contractors, agents, partners, or affiliates of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to receive the prize if selected.

Nature of Promotion

This giveaway is a promotional competition designed to encourage engagement with TicketPulse and attendance at events listed on the TicketPulse platform.

It is not considered gambling under the laws of Antigua & Barbuda.

Any purchase requirement is strictly for promotional participation and does not influence the randomness of the winner selection beyond the allocation of verified entries.

How to Enter

Mandatory Requirements (Required to Enter)

• Purchase at least one paid ticket on TicketPulse for an event taking place in the Antigua region during the giveaway period.
• The participant must be the ticket holder.
• Complete and submit the official entry form: https://forms.office.com/e/yDEvpGQBBi
• Only one entry form submission is permitted per person.
• Entries will not be counted unless both the qualifying ticket purchase and the entry form submission have been verified.

Social Media Follows

• Follow TicketPulse on Instagram (@ticketpulse_events) → +1 entry
• Follow TicketPulse on Facebook (ticketpulse) → +1 entry
• A maximum of 2 entries per participant for social media follows.

Ticket Purchases

• Each participant must make at least one qualifying ticket purchase to be eligible to enter.
• Participants may purchase multiple eligible tickets during the giveaway period.
• → The first qualifying ticket purchase enables 1 entry.
• → Each additional verified ticket purchase earns two (2) additional giveaway entries.

Event Attendance & Instagram Post (Bonus Entries)

• Attend a paid TicketPulse event within the Antigua region as the ticket holder; and
• Post one (1) photo of yourself from each event on Instagram, tagging @ticketpulse_events in the post.
• Photos must be taken at the event and clearly show the participant in attendance.
• → +2 bonus entries per verified event
• (Multiple events permitted; maximum one photo submission per event)
• Bonus entries are awarded only where the Promoter is reasonably satisfied that the qualifying action has been completed.

Giveaway Period

• The giveaway closes at 11:59 PM AST on 2 January
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Prize

• The prize consists of one (1) iPhone 17 Pro.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid and verified entries using a computer-generated random draw.
• The draw will take place in early January.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address or social media handle provided in the entry form.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Verification

Before awarding the prize, the Promoter may require:

• Proof of age
• Proof of identity
• Proof of qualifying TicketPulse purchases
• Evidence supporting any claimed bonus actions

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification.

Publicity Consent

By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may publicly announce the winner's name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes.

The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity without additional compensation.

• Technical failures of any kind

• Event cancellations or changes beyond the Promoter's control

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise
• Disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions
